Rest, then:

Batman Training, Part V

AMRAP 12 Minutes:

  • 8 Bar Facing Burpees (these are NOT OTB Burpees – head faces the bar)
  • 4 Clusters (Adv: 135/95, Int: 115/75, Nov: 95/65)
  • 4 Ring Muscle Ups (Scale 1: Bar MU, Scale 2: 8 Dips/8 Pull Ups, Scale 3: 8 Push Ups/8 Bar Hangs)

Open Advanced WOD - 6:30 

Strength: Back Squat

Deload week

Rest, then:

Every 8 minutes for 16 minutes:

2 Rounds:

  • 500 Meter Row
  • 25/20 Handstand Push Ups
  • Run 400 Meters
